Dastaan means story in Urdu. We are a small family studio based in India — an engineer, his wife, and their toddler. We combine 3D printing, resin art, and technology to make pieces that nobody else can. Not mass-produced. Not generic. Yours alone.

Behind the studio
How your piece is made
We are a small family studio in Hyderabad — an engineer, a maker, and a lot of coffee. No warehouse, no mass production: when you order, we make it for you. Follow our process on Instagram for real reels and work-in-progress.
Design & mold
We sketch your idea, 3D-print custom molds when needed, and align colours and motifs before any pour.
Cast & cure
Resin is mixed, poured, and UV-cured in layers. Prints are finished and checked under good light so flaws never leave the bench.
Pack & ship
Each piece is padded for courier travel. We share photos before dispatch and send tracking once it is on the way.
We do not publish paid or fabricated reviews. When customers share feedback, we will highlight it here with their permission.

Where is Dastaan based?+
Dastaan is a family studio based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We ship pan-India.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?+
Most pieces are ready in 5–7 days. We share progress photos and confirm the timeline on WhatsApp before you pay.
What materials do you use?+
We use PLA and PETG for 3D prints and UV-cured epoxy resin for resin art. All materials are non-toxic and food-safe for decor.
Can I order something fully custom?+
Yes. Send us your idea on WhatsApp — we reply within 2 hours with a design and price. No commitment needed until you approve.
Do you do bulk or corporate gifting?+
Yes, we take bulk orders starting from 10 pieces. Message us on WhatsApp for a custom quote with branded or personalised options.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay — and Cash on Delivery (COD). For custom made-to-order pieces we collect 50% advance to start production.
Do you make festival and occasion gifts?+
Yes! We make personalised gifts for all occasions — Diwali gifts, Rakhi gifts, Valentine's Day gifts, Friendship Day gifts, Mother's Day gifts, Father's Day gifts, Secret Santa gifts, Holi gifts, Christmas gifts, Eid gifts, and birthday gifts. Every piece is custom made to order.
Can I order a last-minute personalised gift?+
Yes, for urgent orders message us on WhatsApp. We can often fast-track production. Standard turnaround is 5–7 days but we do our best for special occasions.
When is shipping free?+
Standard pan-India courier is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
